Tag Archives: lifestyle grad I’ve meet some proud parents in my life, but none as proud as Marnie -Taylor’s mom who came wielding a video camera while I was shooting this Lifestyle Grad Session with Taylor and Courtney who are both graduating this year. Rather than wait for Prom Night, Taylor and Courtney did a dry run so that we could photograph them in their Formal & Casual clothes. It’s so much more laid back than a rushed photoshoot and we had a perfect day for it.
 I had a super fun shoot last week working for Lolly’s, a clothing store downtown. Our very beautiful model, Coral, was a dream to work with. Hair by Bijou and make-up by Gwen at the Powder Room and Lois and Leslie styling, I’m very excited about the photos and had a mini epiphany during this session . I knew I liked fashion but I never really thought about how the clothing that someone is wearing can inspire me during a shoot. Colours, textures, layers, shoes, accessories… I’m in my happy place…. oh and hats… sweeeet….
