Well, it’s been an interesting year for me. I don’t know what happened but it’s been a whirlwind of life in the last six months that might have put some people in the loony bin. I am proud to announce that I’ve managed to keep my head together enough to open up another business (which will officially launch in a few days) and my husband is also launching a new business as well. Being a family of self employed people lends itself to a bit of extra stress, but it is VERY exciting too. I’ve been considering making a few changes here at the studio in the last year or so, one being that I will give up Weddings and start shooting Commercial photography again. I finally made my decision last night after working with a wonderful lady named Annette Blenkarn. She needed some promo shots for her new business’ that she is launching (yes that’s plural).. and I was so inspired by her drive and passion for what she does. Since business IS my second passion to photography, I just am so excited to have made this decision… so stay tuned… the Wedding website will magically be transformed into a Commercial Website….
Here are some shots that I took of Annette last night. She is launching a Marketing/Communications/Branding type business as well as a Graphic Design company. She has a background as a race car driver and her day job is test driving hot cars! Fun Fun!! We got a lot of attention last night ripping around in this Mustang.
